The Wallace Collection – Brand Refresh
The Wallace Collection is a national museum in Marylebone London. Its 25 galleries display French 18th-century painting, furniture and porcelain, Old Master paintings and a world class armoury.

After developing a campaign to advertise the re-opening of the Great Gallery, we worked with the Wallace to develop a more modern aesthetic for their marketing communications. Without interfering with the logo or alienating their current audience, we developed concepts for a stronger identity system, reviewing and refreshing typefaces, colour palettes, graphic elements and photography styles and created a consistency across all their communications.

We applied the new visual identity to printed and digital publications including the Friends magazine and What’s On and Gallery Guides.

Turnbull Grey have been excellent partners to work with. They took the time to understand our culture and audience and worked with us to develop a refreshing new look that has really brought all our marketing materials together. We’re delighted with the results.
